7.- What will be the role of the private sector in the Green Climate Fund?

One of the most controversial aspects of the Green Climate Fund is the creation of the Private Sector Instrument (PSF). Many of the developed countries represented on the Fund’s board are supporters of a PSF that targets capital markets, such as pension funds and other investors on the Wall Street stock exchange or other financial markets.
