The Green Climate Fund is a financial institution created by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in 2011. Its headquarters are located in Songdo, South Korea. Its objective is to finance projects, programs, policies, and other activities to prevent climate change or its consequences.
