Blue Zone
The Blue Zone is the space designated for the Climate Summit and administered directly by the United Nations. Here, conferences and negotiations take place among the member countries attending the 30th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30). Only non-profit organizations, agencies, media outlets, and observer organizations accredited to the Convention are permitted to participate. Delegations of the Parties, Heads of State, admitted observers, and accredited press may enter the Blue Zone. For more information, please visit: www.unfccc.com

Green Zone
The Green Zone is a space at COP30 designed to allow a diverse group of stakeholders—from the general public and private companies to media personnel, academics, youth, Indigenous communities, NGOs, and civil society—to express their views on climate action in an interactive, participatory, and inclusive way. Daily activities are linked to the themes addressed in the COP30 Action Agenda. The Green Zone is located adjacent to the Blue Zone and will be open to the public from November 10–21, 2025.
